Girl’s on fire! Forbes released their annual list of Hollywood’s highest-paid actresses on Tuesday, August 23, and no surprise, Jennifer Lawrence is No. 1 for the second year in a row.
The X-Men: Apocalypse star raked in $46 million before taxes from June 1, 2015, to June 1, 2016. Lawrence’s millions are mostly from the final Hunger Games film, which came out in November, and her upcoming moviePassengers, according to Forbes.
In the second spot is Melissa McCarthy with $33 million. The comedian earned much of her income from her summer blockbuster Ghostbusters with an eight-figure payday, Forbes reports. Scarlett Johansson took third place at $25 million.
